2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on Agribizz are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout using our supported payment methods.
  • Payment information is processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store card or UPI details.

3. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images.
  • As we sell live orchid plants, natural variations in size, color, growth stage, and blooms are normal and should be expected.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or logistical limitations.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 7 days after confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • While we pack plants carefully, transit stress is possible due to the nature of live plants.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are limited.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of severe damage or dead-on-arrival, reported within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs.
  • Minor damage, natural plant variation, or issues caused by improper care after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for:

  • Any unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Violating applicable Indian laws or regulations
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copying, distributing, or misusing our content without permission
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or our business

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Agribizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • We are not responsible for plant health after delivery if proper care instructions are not followed.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
