- Defective or Damaged Plants: If your orchid plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation. Once confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the plant. We will either replace the plant at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the plant.

- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for plants due to a change of mind or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

- Defective or Damaged Plants: If you are eligible for a refund due to a defective or damaged plant, we will process the refund within 2 business days after receiving the returned plant. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
